Sheri's Bio
Sheri came to the fitness world after working in the corporate world for many years. Seeing how stress and inactivity can affect your health and wellbeing she decided to make a change and in 2008 she became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) where she is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).  In 2011 she left her corporate job and went to the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) where she completed a 6month 500hour hands on program. Also, she is Balanced Body Trained in Mat Pilates I and II and Reformer I and a Piloxing, Barre and HKC Instructor. Most recently (2017) she became Pn1(nutrition)Certified. Sheri has a love of constantly learning new formats and new ways of moving the body to create a more exciting and fun experience for both her personal training and group clients.
